To render all civic services to the citizens of Guwahati as assigned by the Guwahati Municipal Corporation and the Government of Assam, carry out public utility services with maximum use of artificial intelligence for grievance redressal, promote urban development and public standards of living, act as contractors or authorized representatives for civic services required by government or semi-government agencies, and establish a control room or Integrated Command & Control Centre to coordinate municipal services with other government departments and agencies.
