To carry out business with regard to public utilities with maximum use of artificial intelligence for grievance redressal.
To undertake, assist, carry out, promote, and sponsor urban development and public standard of living.
To carry on the business of contractors, authorized representative for carrying out civic services as required by the government or semi-government agencies.
To set up control room or Integrated Command & Control centre for various municipal services and coordinate with other departments/agencies of the government for providing various municipal services.
